As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:

• Psychotherapy Services: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or families to address behavioral health concerns, enhance emotional functioning, and support progress toward treatment goals.
• Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize clinically appropriate modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed approaches) to reduce symptoms, improve coping skills, and promote overall wellbeing.

Compensation

This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.

• Compensation: $57,235 - $73,495

This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and establish appropriate diagnoses.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that support client goals and progress.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to coordinate services, provide crisis support, and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensure : Must be licensed in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Education : Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Skills :
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
