Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their retail construction division.

Job Description

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and design specifications.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to align site operations with project goals.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry as superintendent.
• Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
