Now hiring Customer Service Team Members for a company in Akron.

Shift times vary depending on need.

Weekly pay at $15 per hour.

Job Duties:

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Handle customer inquires and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance guest experiences.
• Understand key ingredients, sourcing, and allergen information.
• Accurate prepare menu items such as: Ice Cream sandwiches, Sundaes and Splits, Milkshakes, and Floats.
• Follow all sanitation and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in opening and closing duties including equipment set-up, cleaning, and stocking.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Food handling experience is preferred.
