Position Summary The Sales Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and selling new business within their assigned territory. The candidate must be able to door‑knock businesses and persuade prospects to meet and speak with them. They work independently with personal drive, a proven track record of closing sales, and the ability to exceed quotas. They adopt the company’s structured sales process to generate results, drive daily to new business, canvass their market, set appointments in person, and ultimately close deals. The role reports directly to the Area Sales Manager. Essential Job Functions Follow SpectrumVoIP’s sales generation process, including door‑knocking and speaking with decision makers in person. Use HubSpot to document all sales interactions. Use daily sales activity tools including Spotio and CRM. Prove ability to set new appointments and conduct new business face‑to‑face with decision makers. Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Achieve appointment‑setting and appointment‑attending targets. Must achieve assigned sales quotas. Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities Self‑motivated, self‑driven, results‑oriented, sense of urgency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Detail oriented and organized. Results‑driven professional with confidence and perseverance. Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably within telecommunications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Valid public liability and property damage insurance. Viable remote home office. Computer and highly reliable broadband internet access. Proficiency in HubSpot, Spotio, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams. Travel occurs within a designated sales territory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
