ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Service Advisor who is GREAT with people. Knowledge of automotive and RVs is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person. What we can't train is personality: we need someone who loves talking with customers, is a natural at sales, pays close attention to the details, and learns fast with a great attitude.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be one of the faces and voices of our shop — greeting customers, listening to their concerns, communicating recommended repairs clearly and honestly, and making sure every customer leaves feeling taken care of. You'll work alongside technicians who service light-, medium-, and heavy-duty diesel, RV chassis, and some automotive.

And when we say work-life balance, we mean it: your hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from drama. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix vehicles right the first time.

We have been around since 2013, under new ownership in November 2025, and are growing fast and need help keeping up with demand. Our people and systems have earned us a 4.3 Google rating. Pay is competitive and will be based on ability and experience.
