Sales Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a PART-TIME Sales Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and performing important internal task for the quotation process.

Responsibilities:

Process Customer and sales representative inquires.
Prepare and deliver customer quotations.
Quotation follow-up and feedback record keeping.
Provide information about the products and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Generate internal RFQs to our global foundries and secure quotations from outside vendors
Prepare monthly performance reports and presentations.
Interface with the design department for preparation of product drawings

Qualifications:

Previous experience (at least 2 Years) in customer service, inside sales
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Excel proficient.

Desired Skills:

Experience working within an ERP system.
