As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Our goal is to support our clients' well-being, independence, and quality of life.Job TypeWe are looking for full-time, part-time, and flexible shift caregivers.Where We Provide CareRight at Home Galveston serves Galveston, Texas City, LaMarque, Hitchcock, Santa Fe, Alvin, League City, Seabrook, San Leon, Webster, Friendswood, Pearland, parts of South Houston, Lake Jackson, Angelton, Rosharon and surrounding communities.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild meaningful connections with clients through companionship and engaging conversations.Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Support mobility and transfers, utilizing assistive devices as necessary.Prepare and serve nutritious meals, providing feeding assistance when needed.Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and maintaining a tidy living environment.Provide medication reminders as prescribed.Transport or accompany clients to appointments and on errands.Encourage clients' participation in meaningful activities and ensure their comfort and well-being.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.Monitor and document any changes in clients' health or needs, promptly reporting them as necessary.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED is required.
