Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments through initial consultations to identify client needs, challenges, and therapy goals.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions using evidence-based modalities for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and other mental health conditions.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and conflict resolutions while addressing relationship dynamics.
• Collaborate with clients to construct comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that outline objectives, interventions, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients dealing with urgent mental health issues.
• Educate clients and families on mental health topics, offering coping strategies, psychoeducation, and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records consistent with ethical standards and legal requirements, including documentation of assessments, treatment updates, and outcome measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits
