Executive Director

Laurelwood Nursing and Rehab Center, a respected provider of high-quality long-term care, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our team at our Elkton, MD location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and management of our facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

About the Role:

As Executive Director, you will lead our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient care, achieve high levels of patient satisfaction, and maintain a positive and supportive work environment. You will be responsible for:

• Leadership: Providing strategic guidance and direction to our management team to achieve facility goals and objectives

• Operations: Overseeing day-to-day operations, including patient care, staff development, and facility maintenance

• Financial Management: Managing our facility's budget, ensuring that we operate within our means and maintain a positive financial position

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that our facility meets all regulatory requirements, including those of CMS, OSHA, and state agencies

• Community Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our patients, families, and the local community

Requirements:

• Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator license

• Minimum Years of Experience: will consider all if you are ready to make a difference.
