Field-First Petroleum Engineers Wanted — Elite Training + Industry-Low Turnover

A bit about us

If you’re tired of being stuck behind a desk or siloed into one discipline, this is your shot to become a complete engineer.

We are building the next generation of field leaders - and we’re looking for engineers who want to get in the action, not watch it.

Why join us

What makes this different:

• 2-5-year accelerated training across drilling, completions, production & HSE
• True \"boots on the ground\" model - you’ll be at the wellsite, not in endless meetings
• Industry-low turnover - engineers stay here because they grow fast and are trusted early
• Broad exposure that sets you up for long-term leadership, not a narrow lane

What you’ll own

• Design and run drilling programs from start to finish
• Lead completions (frac, perforating, acidizing) in the field
• Optimize production, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance gains
• Design facilities, artificial lift, and surface systems
• Work cross-functionally to deliver safe, efficient operations

Job Details

Who you are

• 2-5 years of O&G engineering experience
• Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Competitive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership early
• Not afraid to solve problems in real time, in the field
• Familiar with towns like Hobbs, Perryton, or Woodward

Bottom line: If you want to accelerate your career, gain real operational credibility, and work with a company where engineers actually stick around- this is it.
