Construction Precon Manager/Sr. Estimator

Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and schedules that align with client expectations.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to assess scope and requirements.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues during the preconstruction phase.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project plans and cost estimates effectively.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
