Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a skilled physical therapist interested in making a difference in students' lives during the extended school year program. Immediate start is available, with the contract running through August 19, 2026. Enjoy consistent weekday hours, working from 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. You’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team and help students in grades K-12 maximize their functional abilities in an educational setting.

Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a school environment, working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for school-based therapy services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate, student-centered therapy plans
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students with a range of abilities
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student achievement and independence
• Maintain clear, accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Contribute to the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process as needed
• Adapt strategies and interventions to support diverse needs in a school environment
