Digital Communications & Experience Specialist (Senior‑Level) As the primary content strategist for the Human Resources digital environment, the Specialist will design, produce, and maintain multimedia digital experiences that enable seamless adoption of enterprise systems and digital tools across the organization. The role focuses on translating complex business processes into intuitive digital workflows, reducing “change fatigue” and ensuring high‑impact administrative staff have the resources needed for accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of design fundamentals, user experience principles, and the ability to create engaging, accessible digital content. Strong technical understanding of web production tools, content‑management systems, and relevant web applications. Proficiency in creating clear, well‑designed websites and digital assets that align with organizational messaging and directives. Solid grasp of organizational processes, procedures, and applicable rules, enabling effective digital communication practices. Advanced technical skills in web production, image handling, publishing, illustration, animation, and interactive design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across disciplines. Demonstrated competency in fostering fairness, respect, and inclusion, in line with the Principles of Community. Knowledge of organizational change‑management theories and experience applying them to digital adoption strategies. Strong project management and organizational capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement of user experience and design frictionless digital journeys.
