Otr Flatbed Cdl-A Driver - $80K-$110K/Year

OTR CDL-A Flatbed Driver (Full-time) System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes across the Western United States. The position handles logistics of transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals, and roofing construction materials. Salary & Payment $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week (equivalent to $60,912.97 – $109,515.47 per year) depending on experience, routes, attendance and length of service. Additional accessorial compensation – tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as applicable. Flatbed OTR rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile. 2000 signing bonus. Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance. Collect and verify delivery instructions; report defects, accidents or violations. Document and log work/rest periods and miles (ELOG). Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Comply with truck driving rules and company policies. Requirements Valid Class A CDL. Age 21 or older. Minimum 4+ months of driving experience (preferred 1 year). Safe driving record. No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years. Background check, Clean Drug Test and Clean Clearinghouse required. Physically able to lift a 90-lb tarp onto a 5-ft platform twice (tested during orientation). Right to work in the U.S.; compliant with all visa/sponsorship regulations. Locations & Schedule Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 days on resume (varies by division). Examples: Spokane, WA; Fresno, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Ennis, TX; Denver, CO; Kansas City, MO; Mead, CO. Schedule: 70-hour clock weekly, with home weekends. Full-time, permanent contracts.
