Busser

Bar Bianchi, owned and operated by Golden Age Hospitality—the team behind Le Dive, The Happiest Hour, The Nines, and Deux Chats—is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Busser to join our team.

Bar Bianchi is an Italian-inspired restaurant and wine bar rooted in classic Italian dishes, natural wines, spritz culture, and Negroni variations, set within a high-energy, design-forward environment that defines the Golden Age experience.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced room, moves with urgency, and understands that great service is about anticipation, precision, and energy. As a Busser, you play a key role in maintaining the flow of service and shaping the guest experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and maintain the dining room to Golden Age standards (tables, glassware, flatware, and overall presentation)
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to support service flow
• Assist in delivering food and beverages with accuracy and awareness
• Support coffee and espresso service as needed
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain a seamless guest experience
• Stay ahead of the room while anticipating needs, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping energy high
• Complete daily side work and participate in end-of-service breakdown

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong communication and awareness in a high-volume environment
• Ability to move with speed, precision, and consistency
• A team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop within a leading hospitality group
• Experience in high-volume or casual fine dining environments preferred (2+ years is a plus)
