While no two days are alike,here are some of the things you will be responsible for:

• Providing care with a clearly outlined care planbased on individual client needs
• A Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities, such asgrocery shopping, cooking, housekeeping, and personal care
• Providing transportation assistance, to ourclients to and from appointments, and activities
• Offering companionship in a compassionatemanner
• Complete required documentation timely and accurately
