Experience: Prior behavioral health experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assist with activities of daily living, fall risk management, and safe patient handling
• Support patients and families through education on illness, medication, and health promotion
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in electronic medical records
• Assist physicians and licensed practitioners with procedures
• Respond effectively to crises or emergencies

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Proven experience in behavioral health preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams
