8-hr shifts: ~20 24 patients; 9-hr shifts: ~24 27 patients
Walk-in patients included up to 4 per shift
Outpatient primary care setting all ages seen
Services include pediatrics, adult, and women's health care
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family patient population
No back-to-back complex visits per scheduling guidelines
