LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fairfield, California.

Minimum of 2 years acute clinical nursing experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years Case Management experience is required.
CERNER AND EPIC preferred.

Current California state RN license.
Certified Case Manager (CCM) or Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred.

Manager is looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running
prefers candidates with travel experience, California experience, or ideally both.
Candidates without either experience may not be considered a strong fit.
