Property Accountant - GAAP, Budgets & Cash Flow
Centennial
Centennial is seeking a property accounting professional to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. The role covers monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and cash management to support decision-making and compliance. You will prepare detailed reporting packages, analyze variances, and interact with auditors. A background in public accounting or CRE accounting is preferred, with exposure to MRI/Yardi/ Skyline systems and strong Excel skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Centennial
