English St. Wichita, KS 67202, USA Job Overview This role requires an individual who operates with an anticipatory and proactive approach and maintains a solution-oriented mindset. Critical thinking is imperative to solving issues, taking concepts and identifying the needs and turning them into operational solutions. The role requires the ability to model an attitude of collaboration and teamwork throughout all departments of the bank. Responsibilities Answering external and internal customers' inquiries to promote customer satisfaction and quality service. Providing accurate and timely responses by telephone or in writing. Credit verification, escrow inquiries, payment requests/issues, TRID payoff requests and other general loan servicing information. Daily overdraft report, insurance loss claims, ordering HELOC checks, making credit corrections via e‑Oscar.
