In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, badges, and visitor registration processes to help support authorized access throughout the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related protocols.
• Document daily activity, access-related events, and incident information in a clear and timely manner, while providing professional assistance to people entering and leaving the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
