Position Summary... What you'll do... Achieves quality and financial accuracy for business area by developing and implementing quality improvement processes and programs evaluating operations ensuring follow up audits and corrective action on quality issues are completed establishing new or improved processes and procedures to increase operational performance and profitability and resolve work flow issues developing approaches to minimize variances ensuring systems are capable of producing accurate results communicating best practices current concerns and corrective actions and developing action plans for operational execution Directs the preparation of proposals contracts agreements policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements ensuring procedures are followed developing systems processes and documentation to manage information developing conducting and communicating evaluations ensuring compliance with business goals and metrics recommending changes to improve efficiency Drives projects by advising internal and external team members maintaining and influencing project schedules budgets and risks ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations communicating project strategy as required and driving milestone objectives Manages research analysis and reporting activities of business area by reviewing analyzing and adjusting business processes and procedures to eliminate redundancies establishing internal and external service metrics and goals to support department objectives creating and overseeing research guidelines collecting analyzing and explaining variance reports and metric results and communicating results and opportunities to crossfunctional teams and vendors Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs developing communicating building support for and implementing business strategies plans and practices analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans determining and supporting resource requirements evaluating operational processes measuring outcomes to ensure desired results identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities promoting a customer environment and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps recruiting selecting and developing The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
