Clinical Director - Center Based – No Travel – Atlanta, GA

$95,000–$115,000 Salary + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Competitive Salary & Bonus

• $95K-$115K depending on experience

• $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months)

Fully Center-Based

• All sessions take place in our professional Atlanta clinic

• No home visits or commuting between locations

Real Clinical Support

• Dedicated BCBA Supervisor for every BCBA

• Engaged, hands-on Clinical Director

BT Liaison Assistance

• Focus on clients and supervision while our liaison team handles scheduling and communication

QA Systems & Goal Banks

• Tools, templates, and systems to reduce busywork and streamline planning

Reasonable Caseloads

• Manageable, high-quality caseloads that allow you to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes
