Responsibility as a Program Manager - Product Development Reporting to the Director of Development Operations, the Program Manager - Product Development will serve as an integral part of the Product Development team, responsible for driving consistent processes across all Red Book Connect Products. This position will own a variety of internal programs and focus on the implementation of tools and policies to ensure consistency amongst the products. This role requires an ability to think critically, iterate quickly, provide exceptional thought leadership, and partner across a wide variety of functions at Red Book Connect to drive change across the product development organization. Act as the central administrator for JIRA and Confluence across 4+ product lines. Ability to manage multiple programs with competing priorities across worldwide based talent in multiple time zones. Management of outside partners/vendors and driving programs with them BI tools for reporting metrics and trends Proficiency in working with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features. PMP or PgMP certification Qualifications Only Austin, TX based candidates will be considered. 3+ years of experience in project or program management roles Significant experience working with and administering Atlassian products, especially JIRA and Confluence Experience with Agile Development methodologies Excellent track record of successfully managing SaaS product development programs; keen understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle. Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to collaboration Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
