Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Extensive knowledge of construction, design, finance, and project management.
• Proven ability to apply effective and innovative management techniques to maximize project team performance.
• Strong understanding of industry practices, construction processes, standards, and their impact on project success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, including the ability to allocate resources effectively and manage multiple priorities.
• Results-oriented with the ability to delegate responsibilities, follow up on deliverables, and maintain accountability.
• Professional, dependable, and ethical, with the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
