Warehouse Administrative Clerk

Job Description

** ALBACON ** is a 3PL for large electrical and mechanical data-center equipment. This is an administrative warehouse role which includes paperwork, system entry, communication, working with the Warehouse Manager, and the contracted operations team.

** What you will do **

Process inbound/outbound documents: BOLs, packing lists, receiving tickets, photos, exception notes.
Keep the WMS / inventory records accurate as product moves.
Support the Warehouse Manager and operations contractors with clean, on-time admin so the floor is not waiting on paper.
Handle email and phone with internal ops and customers on status, shortages, and damages.
Build simple daily reports (receipts, shipments, open exceptions).
Maintain files, labels, and customer-ready paperwork for high-value equipment.
Flag discrepancies the same day. Do not operate powered industrial equipment.

What you bring

1+ year warehouse admin, inventory control, shipping/receiving desk, or similar.
Accurate data entry and clear written English.
Comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and email.
Able to work in an active warehouse office — not a remote role.
Prior 3PL or high-value freight experience is a plus.
