Job Opportunity: Experienced PICU Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a skilled Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to critically ill children in collaboration with partner hospitals. This contract position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough pediatric assessments to evaluate patient conditions.
- Manage ventilators and intravenous drips effectively.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effects.
- Respond promptly to any rapid changes in patient status.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate and support families throughout the treatment process.
- Proven experience as a PICU RN.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
