Job DetailsJob Location: Pleasanton, TX 78064Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Category: Training Duties/Responsibilities: Builds and maintains a record of training documents for the customers. Must be able to complete training and in some cases upload pictures, and documents onto a web portal, so the customer can get credit. Prepare for classes before. Communicate with customer representatives upon arrival at the training location. On some occasions travel will be required to get to our customers, so planning will be critical. Must be able to keep up with daily tickets and invoices promptly. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Organization skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. Ability to work as a team with others. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of standing while training. Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times. Must be able to travel.
