Senior Software Engineer
ABCS, Inc. IT Executive and Contingent Workforce Staffing
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – onsite once a week)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12-month contract
NO C2C - W2 Only
You will provide technical expertise as a program team leader in the identification and development of new products. You will lead proposals to address future business opportunities, value engineering, and program/process changes. You will act as a key focal point for driving and implementing goals and objectives. You will be recognized by business management as the primary technical authority.

Required Experience
- 10 years of experience performing software architecture, requirements, design, and coding in healthcare products
- SQL, .Net/C#, RESTful API, SSIS, AND SSRS
- Hands-on experience with QNXT
- This is a Congizant developed system
- QNXT is a healthcare admin platform used in the healthcare payer space
- Used to manage Claims, billing, enrollment, and care management in the Medicaid and Medicare segments
Nice to have
- All the above + Healthcare EDI knowledge
- Ideal years of experience: 10+ years in software development, with most recent experience in the healthcare industry
Required Job Skills
- Ability to code in multiple languages
- Business-oriented approach to software development
- Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization

- Well-versed in analytics
- Understanding of various software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
