Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients. The role involves evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy techniques to improve mobility and functional ability.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

  Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.

  Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed.
  
  
  -Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and home exercises.

  Document treatment plans, progress notes, and patient outcomes accurately.

  Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.

  Proven experience in rehabilitative therapy and patient assessment.
