Please see attached forms that we will need completed by the candidate to submit with their resume.Power Platform Job DutiesDesign, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and enhance end-user productivityConvert existing PDF forms to Microsoft Forms including the redesign, building and testing of the formsIntegrate new and existing Microsoft Forms with new and existing Power Automate FlowsDesign, build and test Power Automate Flows intended to automate repetitive and/or manual tasks to improve efficiencyIncorporate approval routing, Outlook email and SharePoint list integration into Power Automate FlowsSharePoint Online Job DutiesPlan, design and execute a SharePoint Online intranet including a HUB site that aligns with organizational needs and objectivesMigrate content, including PDF documents and Microsoft forms, from a Drupal Version (10.6.2 or higher) content management system to SharePoint OnlineAdminister and maintain SharePoint Online environments, including creating and configuring site collections and sites, managing day-to-day operations of sites, libraries, and listsOversee and improve existing SharePoint permissions, groups, and security settings to meet best practicesOther Job DutiesRespond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose and resolve end user issues related to SharePoint Online, Power Platform, etc.Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and governance to meet organizational and regulatory security standards and requirementsEngage with end users and stakeholders to understand business needs, participate in meetings focused on site content, enhancements, and governance, and deliver clear, actionable technical solutions that align with organizational objectivesProvide technical and analytical guidance to other developers, team members, and end-users regarding solution design and troubleshootingMentor and train junior developers or team members on Power Platform, and SharePoint best practicesDeliver end-user training, comprehensive documentation, and best practicesThe primary work location(s) will be at 300 W. 15th Street, Suite 504, Austin, Texas 78701.
