Role Overview The Data Operations Analyst provides data support across business units, products, and services, leveraging analytical tools and financial modeling to guide decision‑making. Responsibilities Develop analytical solutions using SQL, R, or Python to support product and client initiatives. Create financial models and analyses from transactional and financial data. Perform data quality checks, design test plans, identify anomalies, and audit data integrity. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders. Assist in project and product lifecycle management for client implementations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Support small‑to‑medium clients and specific segments of larger projects. Ensure accurate application of manufacturer customizations across products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development, or data analysis. Strong technical skills with 2+ years of SQL, R, or Python experience focused on data analytics. Knowledge of market‑research methodologies, data collection, competitor analysis, and financial modeling. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Attention to detail and high quality work orientation. Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to train and grow skills. Hybrid role based in Washington, DC or New York; must verify legal right to work in the United States. Compensation & Location Salary range: $80,000 – $115,000.
