About the Role

The Operations Specialist supports on-site autonomous delivery activities. This is a ground-operations role and does not involve piloting or operating drones. Responsibilities include collecting prepared food orders from local merchants, transporting them to the designated launch site, loading the orders into autonomous delivery systems, and ensuring that each handoff is accurate, safe, and completed according to established procedures. The selected worker must have access to a reliable personal vehicle for collecting orders from restaurants and transporting them to the designated operations site.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the designated delivery site using a personal vehicle.
• Carefully prepare and load orders into autonomous delivery systems.
• Verify order accuracy, quality, and safe handling.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving test and deployment environment.
• Identify operational issues and provide clear observations and feedback to help improve processes and technology.

Operational Excellence

• Follow all safety protocols, site procedures, and operational requirements.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to help keep operations on schedule.
• Remain flexible and proactive as processes, tools, and procedures evolve.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately, consistently, and within required timeframes.

• Work closely with a small, cross-functional operations team.

Required Qualifications
