About the Position

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred. SNF experience acceptable.
• Experience with WellSky Kinser EMR required.
• OASIS experience preferred. Candidates with home health and OASIS experience will be considered for relocation support.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload of approximately 30 points per week (roughly 4–5 patients per day).
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to begin seeing patients and document within expected timeframes; timely documentation (within 48 hours) is required.

Position Details:

• Setting: Home health, localized patient care in the San Jose, CA area.
• Shift: Days. Typical schedule M–F with flexibility. Scheduler can accommodate preferred hours.
• Reporting: Regional Therapy Director.
• Caseload Expectations: Full-time caseload, approximately 30 points/week (4–5 patients/day).
• EMR: WellSky Kinser required.
• Reason for opening: Growth in volume.
• Training: Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal onboarding.
