Customer Experience & Dispatch Coordinator

We’re growing quickly and looking for a highly organized, people-focused Customer Experience & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. We’re looking for a professional who thrives on communication, coordination, and keeping operations moving efficiently. This is not a scripted call center role. This is a hands-on position where your communication, problem-solving, and organization skills directly impact our customers and our team’s success. What You’ll Do Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and urgency Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes efficiently Keep customers informed throughout the service process Work closely with techs and leadership to solve scheduling challenges in real time Manage appointment updates, reschedules, and follow-up communication Maintain accurate customer information and scheduling notes in ServiceTitan Help create a smooth, positive experience for every customer interaction What We’re Looking For You do NOT need HVAC experience to succeed here. You’d be a great fit if you: Enjoy helping people and building relationships Stay calm and organized in a busy environment Communicate confidently and professionally Are detail-oriented and dependable Learn new technology and systems quickly Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Work well both independently and as part of a team Experience That Helps Customer service or administrative experience Scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination experience Experience in hospitality, healthcare reception, retail leadership, or home services Industry experience is helpful, but not required.
