Direct Support Professional Caregiver

Milton Hershey School seeks a compassionate Student Support Caregiver to nurture and guide students in a residential, pre-K–12 environment. In this role, you’ll provide daily care and supervision, model positive behavior, and promote social-emotional growth. You will collaborate with families and school staff to ensure consistency in routines across living spaces, meals, and study times.
