Our interdisciplinary team delivers compassionate, patient-centered care in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.## ## Position SummaryDublin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated **Occupational Therapy Assistant** to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a **PRN (as-needed)** basis. Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will implement individualized treatment plans and assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting functional independence.## Key Responsibilities* Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.* Guide residents through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.* Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and promptly.* Educate residents and family members on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and assistive equipment.* Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive therapy environment.* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, including Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and Social Services, to provide comprehensive patient care.## Qualifications* Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of Ohio.* Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.* Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), or rehabilitation setting preferred.* Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.## Position Highlights* PRN / As Needed* Flexible scheduling* Competitive PRN Pay* In-house therapy* Supportive interdisciplinary work environment## ## Join our team and make a meaningful impact by helping residents achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life every day.We are an equal opportunity employer.
