We are currently seeking qualified Infant Teachers for our center. If you are a loving caregiver that is passionate about her classroom and babies, this job is for you! Along with day to day care and nurturing, knowledge of ITERS is a plus. We are also seeking dedicated and passionate Toddler and Two Teachers . You would be directly overseeing the day to day care and education for children while demonstrating exceptional professional conduct and consideration for the educational development, safety and welfare of the children and staff. As a Preschool Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young minds. Located in a supportive environment, this position is essential to our mission of positively impacting the lives of children and their communities. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote childhood development.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and educational practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
