This role also supports the coordination and communication needed to keep the IMCU team and patient care environment running efficiently.

• Role Focus: Patient support, unit coordination, communication, organization and support of the critical care team

The CFH IMCU is led by an experienced nurse leader who began her own healthcare career in a secretary role before becoming a nurse and progressing into nursing leadership.
