Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient orthopedic experience

Assignment Details

• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Monday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Schedule may change pending split coverage with another clinic
• May be split across locations
