Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerManages Maintenance department consisting of maintenance Supervisors, Skilled Trade Workers, Tools and Facilities. Supports all plant regular, preventative, and needed maintenance on assembly lines, machines, and cells. Provides leadership, support and feedback to supervisors and skilled trade workers with respect to goals and performance. Implements continuous improvements and cost saving opportunities utilizing lean principles. Establish a common lean organization and support all Inteva policies and procedures. Institutionalize best practices and share lessons learned.
