Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of individuals who have been affected by various forms of trauma. This includes adults facing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Our clients may come from different backgrounds and experiences, necessitating personalized approaches to each case, with a firm focus on building therapeutic alliances and providing a supportive atmosphere for healing.

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and active licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

  • A minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.

  • Proficient experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with an empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant digital tools for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
