A-Best Swag specializes in helping businesses promote their brands with on-trend promotional products, exceptional service, and creative design expertise. This role focuses on managing and executing product fulfillment for both bulk corporate orders and online merchandise stores . Orders are processed through our internal software as well as platforms like Shopify , so attention to detail and comfort working with systems and spreadsheets is important.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing and fulfilling bulk merchandise orders
• Managing online store orders from Shopify and other platforms
• Working with Excel to track inventory, orders, and shipments
• Preparing packing slips, labels, and shipment documentation
• Coordinating with our account managers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Looking for computer savvy and comfortable working with Shopify, Excel, and order management software .

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with order management systems and spreadsheets. Experience with e-commerce platforms, shipping software, or fulfillment operations is a big plus.
