Title : Machine Operator (Process Technician)
Location : St. Louis, MO

Shift : 12 Hr. Days/ Night Shifts
Hire Type : Direct Hire

Pay :$25-$28/hr.

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining production lines to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with established quality and food safety standards. The position supports daily production goals, performs equipment adjustments, and maintains a safe and clean work environment.

Job Duties :

• Operate and monitor assigned production lines to ensure product meets established quality and production standards
• Review production goals daily and ensure targets are achieved for each line assignment
• Evaluate and communicate machine performance with previous shift operators
• Operate and adjust production line equipment and perform preventative maintenance; report issues as needed
• Perform quality checks on containers and document any problems or machine adjustments
• Maintain proper levels of raw materials for assigned machinery
• Keep machines and work areas clean and free of debris
• Follow all safety protocols and properly wear required PPE

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training preferred
• Experience in plastics or packaging industry a plus
• Working knowledge of computer operating systems
