Travel Physical Therapist - $2,276 per week

Job Overview Location: North Grafton, Massachusetts Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts) Employment Type: Travel (4‑month assignment) Responsibilities Assess referral patients requiring rehabilitation services. Provide direct patient care and evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic, achievable goals; document and record patient condition; educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass. Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.
