Job Location 710 S. Weber Road Application Deadline 07/30/2026 Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying customer needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects through proactive engagements, needs assessments and tailored banking solutions. Recommend personal and small business banking products, including retail investments, lending solutions, home financing, and digital self‑serve options. Support customer transactions, generate appointments, and build new relationships within the community. Resolve questions and conduct quality checks on consumer credit audits to ensure accurate data entry and lending application compliance. Apply the risk management framework to protect the bank’s assets and maintain portfolio quality in accordance with lending policies, yield, quality, diversification, and risk guidelines. Make credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, including home financing, in line with sound credit granting principles and bank policies. Integrate lending promotions and programs into customer conversations, and advise customers on digital and self‑serve options. Organize work information for accuracy and completeness; find creative approaches to personalize each customer’s experience. Contribute to business results and continuous improvement of the overall customer experience, collaborating with the branch and market team. Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets, protect privacy, and act in the best interest of customers. Stay current with financial services marketplace, regulations, and ethical standards, and report suspicious activity related to money laundering. Handle escalations and complex tasks, analyze issues, determine next steps, and take measured risks within the approved risk appetite. Qualifications Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and post‑secondary degree or equivalent education and experience; or a combination of education and experience. For Canada – registration to sell investment products completed as appropriate for the jurisdiction; appropriate lending qualifications and designations. Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, retail investments, and lending products. Experience in financial services and consultative customer service or sales roles. Familiarity with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and connections with customers. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. U.S. – this position requires federal registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, compliance with RegulationZ, RegulationG, and the SAFE Act, and a criminal background review and credit history evaluation. Salary & Benefits Salary: $41,714.00 – $69,000.00 (Salaried). Compensation may include commissions and performance‑based incentives. In addition, benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
