Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP certification
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Deliver direct therapy services within individual, small group, and classroom environments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to educational planning, and offer consultative guidance to staff and parents
