Role Overview Provides direct patient care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards. Responsibilities Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, home care, and medications. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team, ensuring clear communication across the continuum. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN license. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
