About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Client Service Team Lead to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Client Service Directors and Specialists. This role involves establishing client coverage standards, service governance practices, and performance expectations, as well as maintaining direct ownership of strategic client relationships and executive stakeholder engagement. The SVP will also serve as the senior escalation point for complex client issues and critical service events, and will be expected to present to executive leadership and client steering committees on service performance, risks, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities for the SVP, Client Service Team Lead include partnering with Operations, Product, Technology, and Client Coverage leadership to improve service delivery and client outcomes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and service model enhancements. The ideal candidate will promote a client-centric culture focused on accountability, responsiveness, collaboration, and service excellence, and support organizational planning, succession development, and long-term growth of the Client Service function. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of client needs, and the ability to work as a trusted business partner to deliver the most value and highest return on investment for clients.
